I've been blogging on my new website lately so if you'd like to see new posts and read about current art events, feel free to go there. For the 3rd time, I'm doing a 30 paintings in 30 days challenge but this time it's 2 weeks before I leave to paint in Italy, one week before I hang a 17 piece show at the Westlake Village Library and a month before I hang work in the inaugural Pepperdine Alumni Art Showcase. If you live in sunny California, check that out from Oct. 18-Dec.1 at the Payson Library on campus and enjoy the gorgeous views on the Malibu campus. Oh and the artwork inside will be worth it too! So it'll be tough to complete all 30 but along with over 1000 other artists in 25 countries, I'll do it. Doing hard things is rewarding and helps super charge the creative process!
